Dr Molyneux qualified in medicine from the University of Cambridge in 2003, where his studies included a degree in neuroscience. A PhD in neurophysiology followed, at the Institute of Neurology in London.
He entered the GMC’s specialist register for clinical neurophysiology in 2015 and has held consultant posts at renowned UK hospitals.
Dr Molyneux has a special interest in peripheral nerve conditions. His skills as a neurophysiologist are equally valuable for a range of conditions, along with supporting his colleagues and the patients they are treating.
A neurophysiologist can treat patients in a direct sense but are primarily experts in the measurement and assessment of nervous system function. Dr Molyneux’s field helps to diagnose and monitor the progress of nervous disorders.
A key part of a successful treatment path, which Dr Molyneux provides in a supportive and informative manner, treating every patient as the individual they are.
Research & Teaching
Dr Molyneux is the director of a training programme for clinical neurophysiology. He also mentors and supports junior colleagues, along with offering postgraduate lectures which are instructive and very well received.
